Festung Mage

Within the bowels of the Festung are grimoires and tomes only the most dedicated mages are allowed to access, the teachings inside of such import and danger that even their existence is a well-kept secret that just a handful of people in Elissar know about. Only those with true darkness in their hearts are given leave to read from this forbidden library, its safety insured by their wicked compact.

You gain the Evil trait and radiate an Evil aura.

Your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score increases by 1, and your maximum for that ability score increases by 1.

In addition, you learn how to bind a summoned creature to you. To bind a summoned creature you must cast its conjuration spell in a 1 hour ritual that costs 100 gold in components, expending a spell slot one level higher. You do not have to concentrate on the spell and the summoned creature remains bound to you until it dies or you spend an action to dismiss it. While you have bound a summoned creature, you cannot regain the spell slot expended to conjure it and you are unable to cast spells of the summoning school.
