Chance to closely observe the skills in question
You have reliable access to exceptional abilities.
You gain the following benefits:
- An ability score of your choice increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You gain access to and proficiency in a rare skill of your choice. Alternatively, you may gain access to two rare skills without becoming proficient in them.
This feat can be selected multiple times, choosing a different rare skill (or skills) each time.
As rare as the skills it grants, this feat should only be available once an adventurer has had a chance to closely observe the skills in question, such as by finding a mentor, gaining a prodigy as a follower, or learning from a party member.
