Translocate

You teleport to any unoccupied place you can see within range. As a reaction to any bonus action or free action you take when you arrive, you can teleport again, as long as the combined distance traveled does not exceed 500 feet.

You can bring along objects if their weight doesn’t exceed what you can carry.

Surge. You can spend +1 psionic point to teleport to any place you can visualize, or describe by stating distance and direction, such as 200 feet straight downward or 400 feet upward at a 30° angle to the southeast; if you would arrive in an occupied space the translocation fails, and you and any creature with you each take 4d6 force damage; +1 psionic point to take an action between two teleports [requires power rating IV]; +1 psionic point per willing creature of your size or smaller, provided it isn’t carrying gear beyond its carrying capacity and is within 5 feet [requires power rating IV].
