Keen Hearing and Smell. The heshgarat cat has advantage on Perception checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Ethereal Sight. The cat’s senses extend into the ethereal plane

Guardian of the Dead. When an undead creature starts its turn or attempts to move to within 30 feet of the Heshgarat cat, it must make a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw . On a failure, it can’t willingly move any closer to the cat, and while within 30 feet of the cat it has disadvantage on all attacks for the next minute. On a success, it is immune to this effect for the next 24 hours. Creatures that have advantage against being turned also have advantage on this save. Additionally, a creature with legendary actions is immune to this effect.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack:+5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4+3) slashing damage. If the target is undead, it also takes 2d4 radiant damage.
