ACTIONS

Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit; reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.
Raven’s Perch (1/Day). A raven screeches in your ear and begins to claw at your face and hair. The fetch chooses a creature within 30 feet. That creature is grappled by a summoned shadowy raven. The raven’s grapple persists until it dies or is removed, at which point it disappears. The raven has 1 HP, AC 12, Maneuver DC 12, Athletics +4, and otherwise a +0 bonus on all die rolls. It can grapple as if it were Medium size. On the fetch’s turn, it can command the raven to fly (its fly speed is 20) and attempt to drag or even fly off with the creature it has grappled.

BONUS ACTIONS

Raven’s Hex (1/Day). The fetch hexes a target she can see within 90 feet, which lasts up to 1 hour or as long as the fetch concentrates on it (as if concentrating on a spell). For the duration, the fetch deals an extra 3 (1d6) necrotic damage to the target when she hits it with an attack. The fetch chooses one ability: the target has disadvantage on ability checks made with the chosen ability. If the target drops to 0 HP before the duration ends, the fetch can hex a new target this way on a later turn.

Monster Type Description

Humanoids include a number of different intelligent, language-using bipeds of Small or Medium size. Humans and elves are humanoids, and so are orcs and goblins. Humanoids may employ magic but are not fundamentally magical—a characteristic that distinguishes them from bipedal, language-using fey, fiends, and other monsters. Humanoids have no inherent alignment, meaning that no humanoid ancestry is naturally good or evil, lawful or chaotic.
