Jet Boots

A favorite of daredevils, Jet Boots essentially integrate a jetpack into two large, heavy boots. While wearing the Jet Boots, your walking speed is reduced by 5 feet and you make Stealth checks at disadvantage, but you have a fly speed of 25 feet. You can also make a jet blast attack with the boots. They are considered an improvised weapon, and deal 3d6 fire damage with a reach of 10 feet.
