ACTIONS

Multiattack. The kobold attacks twice.

Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6+3) slashing damage.

Shortbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6+3) piercing damage.

Fire Breath (Recharge 5–6). Cirothe’s kobold minions have been granted a fraction of the dragon’s power. The kobold exhales fire in a 10-foot cone. Each creature in the area makes a DC 11 Dexterity saving throw , taking 14 (4d6) fire damage on a failure, or half damage on a success.

BONUS ACTIONS

Summon Power. The kobold beseeches Cirothe for more of her energy, rolling to recharge its Fire Breath. On a result of 1, the kobold belches fire onto the nearest creature within 5 feet (randomly determined if there is more than one, or directly onto itself if no creature is within the area). The creature being belched upon must make a DC 11 Dexterity saving throw or take 3 (1d6) fire damage.

Monster Type Description

Humanoids include a number of different intelligent, language-using bipeds of Small or Medium size. Humans and elves are humanoids, and so are orcs and goblins. Humanoids may employ magic but are not fundamentally magical—a characteristic that distinguishes them from bipedal, language-using fey, fiends, and other monsters. Humanoids have no inherent alignment, meaning that no humanoid ancestry is naturally good or evil, lawful or chaotic.
