ACTIONS
Latch On. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (2d6) piercing damage, and the giant leech creeper attaches to the target. A creature can use an action to make a DC 13 Strength saving throw to detach it, and it can detach itself as a bonus action.
Blood Drain. The giant leech creeper drains blood from the creature it is attached to. The creature loses 15 (3d10) hit points. After the creeper has drained 60 hit points, it detaches itself and can’t use Blood Drain again until it finishes a rest.
