If you are at 0 hit points and regain hit points, such as from a maneuver, effect, or spell, you can use your reaction to immediately stand up from being prone without spending movement.

Additionally, choose up to three creatures that can see you. Each creature gains an expertise die to the next attack roll , ability check , or saving throw it makes within 1 minute. You can use this reaction even if you are incapacitated .
